WhatsApp chat export delivered by Eyal on Aug 28, 2026: `chat.txt` in this folder's `full-export/` subdirectory, plus 11 media attachments (photos, audio, video, one PDF, one vCard). Timestamps are as WhatsApp stamped them; the header is `[M/D/YY, HH:MM:SS]` (LA/Ibiza clock for George, IDT for Eyal, WhatsApp normalizes on export).

This file replaces the previous 15-screenshot OCR reconstruction. Two corrections carried from that replacement:

1. **Date correction.** The previous reconstruction misdated the "Bob and Jacob doing all their work for equity" exchange and Eyal's long structured reply to **Aug 27-28**. The full export shows those messages are actually **Aug 20**. That means the archive was missing 8 days of silence between George's last WhatsApp (Aug 20 21:16 LA) and the day the archive session began (Aug 28).
2. **Scope.** The previous reconstruction only covered late July through Aug 28. The full export runs Feb 18, 2026 through Aug 28, 2026. Every earlier message, media, and the March 13 v2 investor deck are now on the record.

As you know, my main focus has been on developing an empathic art platform, as well as creating artworks and installations.

Right now, I'm just a few weeks away from opening my exhibition in London. There will be a soft launch at the end of the month, and the official opening event is on April 23, so I'm very busy with that at the moment. After the launch, though, my schedule should become more flexible.

This week has also been especially difficult here due to the war, and on top of that, I've been ill with a fever and a throat infection. So my plans to fly to London next week are on hold until the war ends and the sky is open to fly.

### Aug 20, 2026 — the radio-silence message, the pause, Eyal's long reply

**[8/20/26, 00:17:54] George:** Sorry for the radio silence, Eyal. I've been dealing with diagnostic tests and health issues this week, Rosie going to work with Katya, and a variety of divorce related issues. There was no reason to write the note you did and take all that time when we have WhatsApp and phones. It has been full on and I'm sorry for that. Depsite that I've been looking deeply into the launch schedule and realise it can't all be done sanely by that time. I'm off to another appointment now and will be in touch by Friday. But take a pause for now. I love the work and need to stilll agree timing and structure with a better product market for assessment. I hired Laura today.

On the note I sent, there was a reason. It wasn't only the last two weeks with you. It's that across the whole team, nobody was responding. Not to the proposal, not to the integration package I sent Jacob, not to the PDF, not to the open questions. I was on vacation in Mallorca, then touring in Venice, and it just didn't feel like the vibe and energy of a team building intensively toward launch. That's why I wrote. So we're clear on that.

Friday works. I'll wait for your note.

The one thing I do need a read on, even if launch moves out, is the commercial side between us. I've invested a lot into this and I can't plan the next few weeks without knowing where we land.

I can't justify the cost until we have a better understanding of product market fit. Laura and the team are working on that. Bob and Jacob are doing all their work for equity so don't create this same level of risk for Boundless and me. I'd like to pick this up until I'm through my personal mediation process next Wednesday. I'm sure we will find a way through all this.

I hear you. But I need to be direct, because this doesn't feel like a negotiation to me anymore.
You asked me for a proposal before Africa. I sent it. You told me, with Claude, that 3% equity was too high for the company to be investable. I agreed and reduced it to 1%. I did everything you asked to make the proposal work for you. Since then, silence on the substance.
Now you're telling me to take more equity in place of cash. That reverses what you asked me to do a few weeks ago. If 3% was too high then, how does more equity make sense now? I don't understand what's being proposed anymore.

And every time you come back, the frame is different. A few days ago it was Allan, Bob, and Jacob who you must be alk to about our agreement. Yesterday it was shifting the launch date. Today it's Laura, whose role I've never been told, and who I'm now expected to align with before we can continue. Is Allan in sync with all this? Because Allan is the person I've been working with alongside you for a year and a half. Not Laura. I need to know if this is still the same process, or something new.

I honestly don't know how to read tonight's message. Are you negotiating with me, or telling me? Those are two different conversations, and I need to know which one we're in.

For a year and a half I've been in this with you and Allan. On-and-off weekly calls, constant exchange, working sessions. Since May I've been fully all in. I've programmed, I've built, I've created, I've handed over code, IP, art, design, hours, days, weeks, all in trust of you. Marathon days, late nights, on the deadline you set. You've told me more than once how productive I've been and how beautiful the work is. Allan told me he doesn't see how Boundless exists without me. That's the language I trusted until a few days ago. Where did it go?

I've carried real costs on my side. Time, engineering, infrastructure, travel, all on me.
You wrote tonight that you can't justify the cost until you have a better understanding of product-market fit, and that you don't want to create the same level of risk for Boundless and you. I need to say this clearly. I have been the one carrying the risk. Since May I closed my other work. I put my time, my IP, my money into this. Every risk in this relationship so far has been mine.

Framing cost as a future concern for you, without recognizing what's already been spent by me, isn't fair.
Can you honestly tell me that from the group you introduced me to on the Boundless team has given more work, more effort, more code, more intellectual property to this project than I have since May? Ask yourself that.

You invited me to Ibiza twice. You introduced me to great people, most of whom, like me, had no signed agreement with Boundless. You unified us as a team. We all jumped in, opened our hearts, our minds, our talents. I gave everything, my ideas, my hours, my belief. I trusted your words. That's why I'm here.

When you say Laura and the team are working on PMF, I need to ask, when did I stop being part of the team? For a year and a half you, Allan, and I have been in constant exchange, dev calls, working sessions, code, design decisions. That was the team. Now suddenly it's Laura and the team, which team, assessing whether what I built has market fit. What happened to the year and a half of exchange between the three of us? Where did that go? Who decided this? Nobody told me. That's not a small thing to shift quietly. Am I still on the development team, as I've understood until today I was? Or am I not part of Laura's team?

The launch date shift is painful. I've been building against that deadline with everything I have. It wasn't just your deadline. It was ours.

Bob and Jacob's arrangement is theirs. It isn't my business and it isn't comparable to mine. I came into this as an internationally recognized artist licensing my Empathic Art work, my IP, and my engine, with my time on top. That is the transaction. It is not employment. It has never been employment. Trying to fit it into an employee-equity frame collapses what this actually is.

I'm an artist. You brought me in as Art Creative Director, the same way Dominic is in music. I've never been through a negotiation that runs like this, where you ask me to write a proposal, ask me to revise it, then don't respond to the revision and reverse your own ask instead. It's bizarre.

One more thing. I want Allan in the loop on this. He's been part of every real conversation for a year and a half. If you're stretched with everything else you're carrying right now, Allan should be co-holding this with you. I've given this the seriousness it deserves. I deserve the same seriousness back.

I'm writing this from my heart, directly and honestly, the way I always have with you. Every time we come back to this, the frame has shifted again. I need it to stop shifting, and I need us to land what we started.

Take the time you need through Wednesday. When we pick this up, let's pick it up properly.

**Original 15 screenshots** (IMG_3540-3554, in the parent folder): the earlier hand-captured set Eyal delivered before the full export was available. These were the basis for the archive's first WhatsApp reconstruction and carried the one-week dating error the full export has now corrected. They remain in the archive as originating evidence.

**Aug 28 full-scroll set** (`screenshots-aug28-full-scroll/`, IMG_3556-3559): four frames captured by Eyal on Aug 28, 2026 specifically to show his Aug 20, 23:27 reply to George in its native WhatsApp layout and to demonstrate the read-receipt silence from George since Aug 20, 21:16 LA.
