Eyal asks whether there's a difference between him and Suvi. George's answer, verbatim: 'Oh, a huge difference. Yeah.'

The same day George says 'That's amazing' on tape in the morning, a Claude-drafted memo comes back in the afternoon calling the July 30 proposal 'unfundable.' Eyal reads it seriously and rewrites the entire proposal in 24 hours.

Twelve days after the pause. Eyal is not in the participants field. Every art-generation item on the agenda is Eyal's work. The three specifically italicized (color palette, image transformation, Z-axis on openness) are the exact three items Eyal introduced verbally on the May 18 polars call. The launch schedule (October 10) is intact — no PMF pause, no product-readiness delay.
